This page outlines the trading fee structure for perpetual DEXs and trading marketplaces currently supported on VOOI PRO: https://pro.vooi.io.

Trading fees are an essential part of how DeFi operates, compensating liquidity providers and ensuring healthy market balance. Each supported DEX and trading marketplace has its own fee model, while VOOI provides transparent access to these structures for better cost awareness.

Please note: all fees are determined by the respective DEX or trading protocol and are subject to change.

Orderly

Trading fees are charged both when opening and closing positions, depending on the order type:

• Taker: 2.5 bps (0.025%) — executes immediately at market price. (Base rate — 3 bps; VOOI, as a Gold Partner, enjoys a reduced rate of 2.5 bps.)

• Maker: 0 bps (0%) — adds liquidity and waits to be matched.

Hyperliquid

Trading fees apply both when opening and closing positions and vary dynamically with trading volume:

• Taker: 0 – 4.5 bps — executes immediately at market price.

• Maker: 0 – 1.5 bps — adds liquidity and waits to be matched.

Ostium

Ostium charges 4 bps for opening position, which covers both the opening and the full closing of a position.

• If a position is closed partially, each partial close is treated as a new trade and incurs an additional fee.

VOOI Fee Approach

While VOOI strives to offer no additional fees for trading on supported perpetual DEXs, certain DEXs may still incur additional charges. However, these costs can be partially or fully offset by participating in the VOOI Points and Referral Program. For more details, see VOOI:pointsProgram

VOOI Fees

A small additional fee is applied on top of trading fees:

Orderly

• VOOI charges a 0.015% (1.5 bps) fee for both taker and maker orders.

Hyperliquid

• VOOI charges a flat 0.015% (1.5 bps) fee for taker and maker orders.

Ostium

• VOOI does not apply any additional fees.
