The **$VOOI token** is the governance and incentive asset of the VOOI ecosystem. It enables decentralized decision-making and connects real product activity – such as trading, yield, liquidity – with measurable, on-chain rewards.

## Core Utilities

* **Governance:** Token holders participate in decision-making regarding protocol parameters and future updates.&#x20;

* **Fee Discounts:** Trading via VOOI may qualify for reduced fees depending on balance, stake duration, or user tier.
* **Rewards:** Distributed from the treasury or incentive programs; independent from buybacks.
* **Yield Boosts:** Locked or staked positions can earn higher yields on eligible VOOI strategies.
* **Early Access:** Active or governance-aligned users may access new features earlier.

## Token Management

The model is fixed-supply and non-inflationary: 1 billion tokens, with no future minting.

Emissions follow a predictable, gradual release curve aligned with vesting schedules, ensuring long-term governance stability and sustainable liquidity growth.
