VOOI Referral Program

The VOOI Referral Program is a referral scheme that rewards users with rebates for bringing new traders to the platform. This program is available for the Orderly, KiloEx, and SynFutures perpetual DEXs. To participate, you must activate the program for each perpetual DEX where you wish to earn rebates. Here’s how it works:

  • Invite: Either invite a friend or receive an invitation to join the referral program.

  • Earn Rebates: Upon activation, you will earn a percentage of the trading fees that your invited friend pays to the platform. Simultaneously, your friend will also receive a percentage of the trading fees you pay when trading through the platform.

Reward Structure

The rebate reward structure varies depending on the perpetual DEX you trade on, such as Orderly, KiloEx, and SynFutures. Before we detail the rebate reward structure for each perpetual DEX, it’s important to define two key terms:

  • Referrers are users who invite others to join VOOI using a special referral link or code.

  • Referees are new users who sign up using the referral link or code provided by the Referrer.

For example, if you invite a friend and they sign up using your invitation code, you are the Referrer, and your friend is the Referee.

Referral Rebates for Orderly

Fee Structure:

  • Orderly charges a 0.025% (or 2.5 bps) fee for taker orders and 0 fee for maker orders as position fees.

  • VOOI charges a 0.05% (or 5 bps) fee for taker orders and a 0.01% (or 1 bps) fee for maker orders as position fees.

VOOI's 0.05% (or 5 bps) fee for taker orders includes 2.5 bps of Orderly's fees. Therefore, VOOI effectively retains 0.025% (or 2.5 bps) for taker orders and 0.01% (or 1 bps) for maker orders. These fees are subject to the VOOI referral program.

Referral Rebate Program

This rebate structure applies to all users and remains effective until further notice. Participants can choose from two rebate options:

  1. If you select the option: 20% your rebate / 10% rebate for your referee, then:

    - Referrers: receive a 20% rebate on the trading fees paid by their Referees. This translates to 0.5 bps for maker orders (20% of 2.5 bps), and to 0.2 bps for taker orders (20% of 1 bps). - Referees: receive a 10% rebate on the trading fees they pay. This translates to 0.25 bps for maker orders (10% of 2.5 bps), and to 0.1 bps for taker orders (10% of 1 bps).

  2. If you select the option: 10% your rebate / 20% rebate for your referee, then: - Referrers: receive a 10% rebate on the trading fees they pay. This translates to 0.25 bps for maker orders (10% of 2.5 bps), and to 0.1 bps for taker orders (10% of 1 bps). - Referees: receive a 20% rebate on the trading fees paid by their Referees. This translates to 0.5 bps for maker orders (20% of 2.5 bps), and to 0.2 bps for taker orders (20% of 1 bps).

Referral Rebates for KiloEx

Base for Rebates

KiloEx applies a uniform commission rate of 0.07% on both opening and closing positions. It's important to note that KiloEx reserves the right to modify this commission rate. VOOI doesn't charge any additional fee for trading on KiloEx.

Example of commission calculation at 0.07%:

  • Opening: If a user opens a long ETH position with a margin of 100 USDT and 10x leverage, the opening commission is 100 * 10 * 0.07% = 0.7 USDT.

  • Closing: When the user closes the position, and the position value is 1100 USDT, the closing commission is still 1100 * 0.07% = 0.77 USDT.

VOOI's Share: 50% of this commission is given to VOOI. This is the base for rebates for users enrolled in the referral program.

Thus, through the rebate program and referral rebate programs, users are eligible to earn up to 30% in trading rebates from the fees that KiloEx distributes to VOOI.
