# Connect MEXC Futures to VOOI Ultra

This guide explains how to connect MEXC Futures trading to VOOI Ultra.

To trade through VOOI Ultra, configure the required MEXC Futures settings, create an API key with Futures trading permissions, and add the key to VOOI Ultra.

## Before You Start

For the **MEXC master account**, make sure that:

* The account has completed KYC verification
* MEXC Futures trading is available for the account
* **Single-Asset Margin** is selected as the account asset mode
* **One-Way Mode** is selected as the position mode
* **Account is funded**

If you plan to connect a **sub-account**, also make sure that:

* A sub-account has been created and is accessible from the master account
* **Futures trading is enabled for the sub-account**
* The sub-account is funded

**API key:** The API key must be created for the account or sub-account you will use to trade through VOOI Ultra.

## Use MEXC Master Account

Use this section if you want to connect your main MEXC account directly to VOOI Ultra and trade using its Futures balance.

For the **MEXC master account**, make sure that:

* The account has completed KYC verification
* MEXC Futures trading is available for the account
* **Single-Asset Margin** is selected as the account asset mode
* **One-Way Mode** is selected as the position mode
* **Account is funded**

### How to Set Single-Asset Margin and One-Way Mode

1. Log in to MEXC at <https://www.mexc.com/>
2. Open the **MEXC Futures** trading page.
3. Open **Preferences.**
4. Select **Single-Asset Margin** for **Account Asset Mode** and confirm.
5. Select **One-Way Mode** for **Position Mode** and confirm.

### Create a MEXC API Key For Master Account

1. Log in to MEXC at <https://www.mexc.com/>
2. Open the profile menu and go to **API Management**.
3. Create a new API key.

   Example name: `VOOI Ultra`
4. Enable the permissions required for Futures trading:\

   1. **Futures:** View account details
   2. **Futures:** View order details
   3. **Futures:** Order placing
   4. Do not enable withdrawal permissions.
5. Complete the required security verification.
6. Copy the **Access Key** and **Secret Key**.

**Important:** Save the Secret Key when it is displayed. It may not be available again after the API key is created.

### Add the API Key to VOOI Ultra

1. Open VOOI Ultra at <https://ultra.vooi.io/>
2. Go to the MEXC connection flow.
3. Paste the **Access Key**.
4. Paste the **Secret Key**.
5. Press **Enable Trading**.

After the connection is enabled, MEXC Futures trading will be available in VOOI Ultra if the API key permissions and account settings are configured correctly.

Balance synchronization may take up to 5–10 minutes.

## **Use MEXC Sub-account**

Use this section if you want to keep VOOI Ultra trading separate from your main MEXC account by using a dedicated MEXC sub-account.

Make sure that:

* The Master account has completed KYC verification
* Account is funded (it needs to fund sub-accounts)
* A sub-account has been created and is accessible from the master account
* **Futures trading is enabled for the sub-account**
* **The sub-account is funded**

### Create or Configure Sub-account

To create a new sub-account or configure an existing one:

1. Log in to your MEXC master account at <https://www.mexc.com/>
2. Open the profile menu and go to **Sub-Account Management:**\

3. Click **Create a Sub-Account**.
4. Select **API Only (No Web/App Login) or Standard Account (Web Login)**.
5. Enter a username for the sub-account and complete the required security verification.
6. Under **Sub-Account Management > Account Management**, find the sub-account:\

7. Open the actions menu for the sub-account and select **Enable Futures**.

For an existing sub-account, make sure **Futures** is already enabled before creating the API key.

MEXC officially supports enabling Futures for API-only sub-accounts from the master account's **Sub-Account Management** page.

#### Futures Settings for Sub-account (Single-Asset Margin & One-Way Mode)

Multi-Asset Margin is not supported for sub-accounts, so no separate **Account Asset Mode** configuration is required.

MEXC supports two types of sub-accounts. The Futures settings are handled differently depending on the account type.

**API Only (No Web/App Login)**

For **API Only** sub-accounts **One-Way Mode** is the default MEXC Futures position mode. If the position mode needs to be checked and changed, it can be managed through the MEXC Futures API. For additional information, please refer to the MEXC documentation:

**Standard Account (Web login)**

For **Standard** sub-accounts **One-Way Mode** is the default MEXC Futures position mode.

To check and change the position mode:

1. Log in to the sub-account at <https://www.mexc.com/>
2. Open **Preferences**.
3. Check that **One-Way Mode** is selected for **Position Mode**.

### Fund the Sub-account

To transfer funds to the sub-account:

1. Go to **Sub-Account Management > Asset Management**.
2. Click **Transfer** next to the sub-account to fund.
3. Select the master account as the source and the sub-account as the destination.
4. Select the asset and enter the amount.
5. Confirm the transfer.

### Create API Key for Sub-account

To create an API key for a MEXC sub-account:

1. Log in to your MEXC master account.
2. Go to **Sub-Account Management > API**.
3. Click **Create an API**.
4. Select the sub-account you want to connect to VOOI Ultra.
5. Enter a name or note for the API key.

   Example name: `vooi ultra`
6. Enable the permissions required for Futures trading:
   1. **Futures: View account details**
   2. **Futures: View order details**
   3. **Futures: Order placing**
7. Do not enable withdrawal permissions.
8. Click **Create**
9. Complete the required security verification.
10. Copy the **Access Key** and **Secret Key**.

**Important:** Save the Secret Key when it is displayed. It may not be available again after the API key is created.
