**API key:** The API key must be created for the account or sub-account you will use to trade through VOOI Ultra.

## Create Binance API Key for Sub-account

If you plan to connect a **sub-account**, also make sure that:

* The sub-account has been created and is accessible from the master account
* **Futures trading is enabled for the sub-account**
* The API key must be created for the account or the sub-account

### Create or Configure Sub-account

<figure><img src="https://3071033198-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FXCba6CdwFKbzdASxvC5H%2Fuploads%2FcRGVTq6n2hjovKV73oS9%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=5ad55c6c-ee2a-463e-b2f4-d05d3777bc4c" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

To create a sub-account or configure an existing one:

1. Log in to Binance at <https://www.binance.com/>
2. Go to **Account > Sub Accounts > Account Management**.
3. To create a new sub-account, click **Create Sub-Account** and complete the setup.\
   **Tip:** In our experience, sub-account creation is more reliable when using an email address rather than a virtual email address.
4. In the sub-account list, make sure **Margin**, and **Futures** are enabled for the sub-account.
5. For an existing sub-account, check that these features are already enabled.
6. If needed, click the **three-dot menu** next to the sub-account and enable the required options.

### Fund the Sub-account

<figure><img src="https://3071033198-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FXCba6CdwFKbzdASxvC5H%2Fuploads%2FZnl8lBVroSI779ls5XWR%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=8713e409-713e-4540-826d-2d1969e7646e" alt="" width="563"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

For sub-accounts created with a **virtual email**, transfer the trading funds to the sub-account’s **USDⓈ-M Futures** balance.

1. Log in to your Binance Master Account.
2. Go to **Account > Sub Accounts > Asset Management**.
3. Click **Transfer** for the sub-account you want to fund.
4. Set:
   * **Transfer From:** Master Account → Spot
   * **Transfer To:** Sub-account → **USDⓈ-M Futures**
5. Select the asset you plan to trade:
   1. Use **USDT** for USDT-margined markets;
   2. Use **USDC** for USDC-margined markets.
6. Enter the amount and click **Confirm**.

> **Important:** Transfer funds to **USDⓈ-M Futures**, not Spot or COIN-M Futures. The asset you transfer should match the margin asset used for the market you want to trade.

### Create Binance API Key for Sub-account

{% hint style="info" %}
**Important:** Copy the Secret Key when Binance shows it. It may not be available again after the API key is saved.
{% endhint %}

8. Open the API key permissions and enable:
   1. **Enable Futures**
   2. **Enable Spot & Margin Trading**
   3. **Restrict access to trusted IPs only (Recommended)**
9. Under **Restrict access to trusted IPs only**, enter the following VOOI Ultra IP addresses, separated by commas:

   ```
   35.78.12.245,54.249.80.55,52.68.244.92,13.159.166.194,13.112.74.148,52.192.115.1,52.192.68.116,13.193.138.71,57.181.0.148,13.115.147.66
   ```
10. Save the API key settings.

## Add the API Key to VOOI Ultra

<figure><img src="https://3071033198-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FXCba6CdwFKbzdASxvC5H%2Fuploads%2F6is4KOLO0jxblZJ0LKJM%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=64399dac-dbd5-4c23-9aaa-d0b1c31aa8d8" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

1. Open VOOI Ultra at <https://ultra.vooi.io/>
2. Go to the Binance enabling flow.
3. Paste the **API Key**.
4. Paste the **Secret Key**.
5. Save the connection.

After the connection is saved, Binance Futures trading will be available in VOOI Ultra if the API key permissions are configured correctly.

## If Permissions Are Not Available

If Binance does not allow trading permissions, follow the security steps shown in Binance.

Depending on the account, Binance may require IP restrictions, a self-generated API key, or changes to Default Security Controls.

If **Enable Futures** is not available, make sure Binance Futures was enabled before the API key was created. If needed, create a new API key after enabling Binance Futures.
