This document outlines the trading fee structure for all perpetual DEXs currently supported by the VOOI unified trading terminal. Please note that all fees are subject to change by the respective DEX protocols or by VOOI itself.

Orderly

Fee Structure

  • Orderly charges a 0.025% (or 2.5 bps) fee for taker orders and 0 fee for maker orders as position fees.

  • VOOI charges a 0.005% (or 0.5 bps) fee for taker orders and a 0.035% (or 3.5 bps) fee for maker orders as position fees.

KiloEx

Fee Structure

  • KiloEx applies a flat 0.07% commission on both opening and closing positions.

  • VOOI does not apply any additional fees.

Hyperliquid

Fee Structure

  • Hyperliquid applies dynamic fees based on trading volume:

    • Taker: 1.9–3.5 bps

    • Maker: 0–1 bps

  • VOOI charges 1 bps for taker and maker orders.

Synfutures

Fee Structure

  • Synfutures fees vary by trading pair and network. Additional execution fees may apply.

  • VOOI does not apply any additional fees.

Ostium

Fee Structure

  • Ostium charges 4 bps for opening position, which covers both the opening and the full closing of a position.

    • If a position is closed partially, each partial close is treated as a new trade and incurs an additional fee.

  • VOOI does not apply any additional fees.

VOOI Fee Approach

While VOOI strives to offer no additional fees for trading on supported perpetual DEXs, certain DEXs may still incur additional charges. However, these costs can be partially or fully offset by participating in the VOOI Referral Program. For more details, see VOOI:referralProgram.
